Nashville REACH 2020 is a community health initiative funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with Meharry Medical College being one of forty-two funded sites across the nation. REACH is an acronym for Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health. Meharry Medical College is the lead agency.
